Yes. Some of the strange creatures that have been spotted in the living world have appeared in Rukongai.

They vary greatly in size and ability. Some are very slow, some are very fast. I haven't seen any use any form of Sonido--or...Sh-Shunpo? Is that what you call it? But they are a threat none-the-less.

In most cases, you should aim for either the head or chest cavity, if you can discern where it is. I'm not sure if they like to eat Shinigami, but they are very fond of Hollows.

They haven't eaten anyone, but they're extremely aggressive. They don't fight like Hollows do.

I have noticed there are some who like to shoot some sort of acid out--not their blood, but either from their chests or their mouths. However, they tend to pause before they do so, and if you're careful, you can usually get out of the way in time. But if you do get hit, it is very painful. It will sear right through your clothes and your skin.

No, I have no idea. I never saw them use any sort of Garganta to disappear. When they left, they just ran away until we stopped chasing them.
